Mr. Gold has been many things over the last 30 years: celebrity talent agent /manager, casino operator, gaming event producer, film/TV/video game packager, TV personality, family office advisor, marketing specialist, and most importantly a philanthropist.

As an ambassador he has hosted, emceed or worked closely with 360 major charity events to date for some of the most impactful world leaders and icons, involving thousands of celebrities, helping to raise and donate over 600 million dollars for causes worldwide with a special commitment to ALS in memory of his father Dr Robert Gold who died from the disease.

Jamie is recognized worldwide by 100 million fully active, and another 100 million casual poker players and gamers as an icon having won the 2006 World Series of Poker Main Event. The 8773 entrants with a 87 million dollar prize pool and first place prize of $12,000,000 is still the largest in the history of the WSOP Main Event.

Spent 15 years running an entertainment industry company representing the early careers of Jimmy Fallon, James Gandolfini, Donnie Wahlberg, Jeffrey Wright, Brandy, and 50 other notable artists. In deference to his family, Jamie finally took a year off in 2005 to focus on his father, his life , and lifetime passion of poker. After intense study, training and coaching with some of the best poker players in the world he played his first WSOP and the rest is legendary history.

Dominating a field of approx. 9000 players over 10 days, 15 hours a day to win the biggest poker event in history with a 90 million dollar prize pool. "He transformed table talk and poker play into an art form" per BLUFF magazine and “may be the most dominant performance we will ever see in poker” per ESPN. Appeared on the highest rated poker television shows to date. He has been featured in over 150 original hours of poker and documentary shows on GSN, MTV, ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS and ESPN.

As an advisor, board member and marketing specialist he and his team have been instrumental in the expansion, financing and growth of companies in the gaming, tech, blockchain and media sectors. Jamie is also a member of the Haas/Portman Family Office, which has made 64 investments into tech companies in the last 12 years.
5 year Advisory board member of Lottery.com, worked closely with the CEO to go public on Nasdaq in October 2021. Helped develop Wintogether.org as a philanthropic and for-profit division of the company.

During the pandemic worked on the global impact series "Some Good News with John Krasinski" which had 72 million views of the 8 episodes over 2 months and billions of clip downloads raising over 100 million dollars for Covid relief. Jamie is now focused at the intersection of gaming/ blockchain/media and content, proudly serving on the Board of several innovative transmedia companies.
